About Men Of Valor Project
The Men of Valour Project (MVP) is a Kenyan-based male mentorship and discipleship initiative founded by pastor and motivational speaker Robert Burale. The project aims to rebuild the concept of honorable, purposeful manhood by fostering a supportive brotherhood rooted in spiritual growth, emotional resilience, and moral accountability. At its core, the initiative seeks to restore men to their rightful place in society as responsible leaders in their families, communities, and personal lives.

Platforms for men
One of the driving motivations behind the project is the growing crisis of masculinity, where many men feel isolated, burdened, and often misunderstood. Robert Burale has often spoken about the “invisible tears of men”, highlighting how many suffer in silence due to societal expectations that discourage vulnerability. Through the Men of Valour Project, he urges men to support each other, stating, “Never leave a fellow man to bleed to death,” as a reminder that men should not face their struggles alone.
The Men of Valour Project covers a range of themes, including mentorship, leadership, mental wellness, spiritual calling, and cultural restoration. A key component of the project is the regular forums, especially those under the banner of The Naked Truth, where men gather for honest conversations about life, character, sexuality, and faith. These sessions provide a safe space where men can be open about their challenges and receive spiritual and practical mentorship. In addition, Robert Burale has organized larger gatherings such as The Men’s Conferences, a bold attempt to create a platform where men from all walks of life come together to be equipped, inspired, and challenged to become better versions of themselves.
